Home Staging Consultation (Virtual)

Service Description

Our virtual home staging consultations give sellers access to our staging expertise no matter where they live, from the comfort of home! During our virtual home staging consultation, we will combine our marketing and design expertise to prepare your home for the real estate market. We'll discuss the photos and/or videos you provided of your home, and provide advice on furniture placement, paint colors, recommended improvements for the space, and any other enhancements we believe will generate a high return on investment as you sell your home. If you are a local client, we hope you'll invite us back to the home for our hands-on staging services! Here is how it works: Step 1: Purchase your virtual consultation and select a day and time for us to virtually meet. Step 2: You'll receive an email from us with a link to a brief questionnaire and instructions on how to send photos or videos of each room you'd like us to evaluate. Step 3: I'll call you at your scheduled time to conduct our virtual staging consultation with you either by telephone or virtually using FaceTime or Zoom.
