Service Description

Our home staging consultations are among the most robust in the industry by combining our marketing and design expertise to prepare your home for the real estate market. We'll begin by evaluating the exterior of your home for curb appeal, walk through your home and evaluate it through the eyes of a potential buyer. We will provide advice on furniture placement, paint colors (as needed), recommended improvements for the space, and any other enhancements we believe will generate a high return on investment as you sell your home. Following the consult, we hope you'll invite us back to the home for our hands-on staging services! Consultations last up to two hours for homes under 3,000 sq. ft. Please inquire about pricing for larger homes or homes outside a 30-mile radius of Nashville, TN.
